Commission Artwork T&C
- Initial Consultation:
To initiate the collaborative process for your bespoke artwork, kindly complete the request form here. Following this, you will be provided with a date for an initial consultation.
- Price Calculation:
The overall price for the commissioned artwork will be calculated and provided during the initial consultation, this is dependent on your commission requirements.
- Deposit and Payment:
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment. Payment is an integral part of the process to ensure the dedication of time and resources.
- Timeframe:
The standard timeframe for completion is 8 weeks, though adjustments may be made for larger or smaller projects. Further details will be discussed during the consultation, and an estimated completion date will be provided.
- Information Submission:
Upon acceptance of the commission, any additional information required must be submitted within 7 days after the initial consultation to facilitate the commencement of the artwork.
- Artwork Progression Updates:
Updates regarding the progress of the commission piece will be communicated at the beginning, week 5, and upon completion. This ensures transparency and allows for any necessary updates.
- Shipping Restrictions:
Please note that shipping restrictions may apply depending on your location. Any location-specific shipping requirements must be communicated during the initial consultation to ensure the safe delivery of the item without customs issues or border country issues. Failure to communicate any shipping restrictions during the initial consultation may result in the forfeiture of your deposit if problems occur due to shipping restrictions.
- Cancellation Policy:
Clients have 7 days from the initial consultation to cancel the commission project, should they wish to do so. After this date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Refund Policy:
These commissions are non-refundable after the 7-day cancellation period. No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress commissioned artworks.
- Delivery Cost:
The delivery cost will be calculated and provided during the initial consultation, depending on your commission requirements and specified delivery location.
- Collection Option (UK Orders):
For UK orders, collection is free. A collection option will be available at our site in the West Midlands, providing a convenient alternative to shipping.
- Modification Limitations:
After week 5 from the date of acceptance, no changes to the commission vision can be made. Any last-minute alterations may incur additional costs and potentially extend the completion date.
- Guidance and Collaboration:
If you are uncertain about your preferences, I am more than willing to provide additional guidance to help create your bespoke piece. Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority.
