Returns & Cancellation Policy

Printed Artwork

 

  1. Order Cancellation:

Customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving the product, provided production hasn’t been initiated or products haven’t been dispatched. This can be done by notifying us by email at info@arwaartwork.com

 

  1. Return Process:

We do accept returns within the 14-day period, but please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping to the UK and covering the full return shipping costs. Damaged or incorrect items may be collected for investigation. Please contact info@arwaartwork.com to initiate any return process.

 

  1. Incorrect Recipient Address:

If the recipient’s address is incorrect, the responsibility lies with the customer. We will contact you to clarify the address, and if the package is returned, we will reship at your cost. If not returned, a new order must be placed for the product.

 

  1. Refunds for Returns Resulting from Our Error:

Any returns or issues resulting from our error will be handled at our expense. If a customer returns a product for a refund, we will manage the process to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made and personalised items, such as printed artwork created uniquely for you, are non-returnable unless there is a defect with the product.

 

Original Artwork

 

Cancellation Policy:

Customers have the right to cancel provided the original artwork hasn't been dispatched. This can be done by notifying us in writing by email at info@arwaartwork.com.

 

Returns for Original hand-painted Artwork:

Original artwork purchases are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of these items, returns will not be accepted.

 

Commissioned Artwork

Cancellation Policy:

Clients have 7 days from the date of initial consultation to cancel the commission project, should they wish to do so. After this date, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy:

These commissions are non-refundable after the 7-day cancellation period. No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress commissioned artworks.
