We proudly offer global shipping to ensure your orders reach you, no matter where you are in the world.

 

  1. Shipping Address Updates:

Customers can modify shipping addresses as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. If you encounter any difficulties updating your address through the system, please contact our support team at info@arwaartwork.com for manual updates before the item progresses beyond modification.

 

  1. Shipping Options:

Choose from four shipping options tailored for different speeds and costs:

 

  • Budget
  • Standard
  • Express
  • Overnight (available in the UK & USA subject to terms).

 

  1. Tracking and Notifications:

Tracking availability varies by country, product, and shipping method selected. While budget shipping is typically untracked, express shipping offers a fast, premium service with tracking. Customers receive email notifications with tracking links, and order progress can be monitored via our internal system.

 

  1. Dispatch Times:

Orders are typically processed swiftly. Our framed prints and canvas, usually ship within 24-48 hours.

 

  1. Shipping Costs:

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and destination. Customers can estimate costs using the pricing and shipping tool on our website, allowing quick determination of total delivered prices.

 

  1. P.O. Box Addresses:

We can ship to most P.O. Box addresses, with exceptions for larger items like framed prints and canvases, especially outside Australia.

 

  1. Shipping Multiple Items:

Shipping models include additional item costs. Many rolled prints are flat-rated for shipping, regardless of quantity. Individual shipping costs are combined where possible.

 

  1. Delayed Deliveries:

Possible factors causing delays include mistyped addresses, customs restrictions, failed delivery attempts, postal strikes, adverse conditions, etc. Our customer support team at info@arwaartwork.com can assist with protracted delays or provide additional information.

 

  1. Lost Orders:

For orders not received within 30 days, we’ll happily send a free replacement. Contact info@arwaartwork.com, but note that replacements for incorrect addresses aren’t free.

 

  1. Damaged in Transit:

Provide a photo of damaged goods, and we’ll send a free replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
